For what it is, it's excellent, and at this price it really can't be beaten. I've had other bands like it that were not nearly as nice or effective. Heavier ones were too hot to wear all day, too bulky to wear under clothing, or too restrictive. Thinner ones or ones without the edging always fold, roll, pinch, or stretch out until they're unusable. After using this one, I wouldn't recommend that someone splurge on a more costly one or save a buck on a cheaper one -- this one is just perfect and very affordable.\n\nIn use, this band is great. I can wear it all day without getting too hot or sweaty, even when I'm very active. It never rolls, folds, or pinches when I bend. I can wear it under most regular clothes and it's almost invisible. Or over workout clothes without discomfort. It has maintained its elasticity under continued use.\n\nPersonally, I also like that wearing it helps me maintain good posture. It's not too loose, too tight, or restricting - it allows for normal movement, but also provides just a little support. I clean it by hand-washing in warm water & light detergent. Towel dry, then hang overnight.\n\nI can't say I've noticed a difference in my midsection, but that wasn't why I bought it, so your mileage (or inches) may vary. But at this price, it's definitely worth buying if you're in the market for something like it.
Thsi ball is everything i expected. A great home workout. i just did not expect the workout that the pump would give me before I could use the ball. I mean, like, 3000 strokes to get it inflated !\n\nVideo disc and instructions on the ball are super. And the anti-rollaway feature of the StayBall is so much better than any other balls I have used at the gym.

I wanted to try something different that I could work out to a DVD and thought this would be a good choice. The DVD that comes with it is really advanced. This is not for your average person. I already to various workouts and thought I was in pretty good shape. When they only offer an advanced workout then it isn't going to be suitable to everyone. Would have been nice if the DVD would have included beginner exercises to do with it also. Also the DVD is hard to follow bc during the beginning of each exercise you can't see the girl bc it is telling you in print that it is aval. on line. I thought it was really confusing. Already returned mine.
I have only used this for a couple of weeks for foam rolling on P90x2, I can already tell a big difference in loosening my muscles up allot, especially my back. You can also see video's on you tube on how to use, awesome and great price.
I bought this medicine ball from a local Walmart a week ago. I was just doing my second workout with it and it already has a 6 inch split in the leather, and that was only 10 minutes into my 2nd workout with it! This item has no durability and is a terrible investment.
the product comes in 5 boxes. you will need to have a truck or a van to transport this. So i did.\nI got to my place and started building it. about half way it was time to put the weights so i opened the box with the weights and 2 of the weights were broken. (The weights are a piece of plastic filled with cement).\nI only took the box of weights to see if they can replace it or send me a replacement later. They didnt. They wanted me to bring the whole tower which took about 2 hours to put together up to the step where you have to put the weights. That is after i explained them that I had to rent a van. WALMART DIDNT CARE AT ALL.\n\njust spend $300 more and buy a better system.\nor make sure to open every box before you take it home.
