Shipping was a NIGHTMARE for this and 2 other George Strait CD's I bought. I assumed it the package was coming via the Post Office...it came via Federal Express. A Delivery Attempt was made on Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at 1:33 p.m. when I was not home. The driver left a door tag. I immediately called the toll free number on it that day when I got home. I asked the gal to please have the package held for pick-up because I knew I was going to be in and out of my home on Thursday, January 3, 2013 when it would be out for the second Delivery Attempt. She said I could not do that...but that I could have it go into one of the Fed Ex\/Kinko Retail Stores. Reluctantly, I had it sent to the location on Foothill Blvd. in Hayward CA...less than 2 miles from my home. It was supposed to be there on the 3rd....it wasn't! It was supposed to be there on the 4th...it wasn't! I did not reach that location until the 5th! I AM STILL VERY ANGRY OVER THIS. I WILL NEVER...EVER USE WALMART.COM AGAIN! YOUR ONLINE ORDERS SHOULD SHOW WHO THE SHIPPER IS. HAD I KNOWN IT WAS FEDEERAL EXPRESS, I WOULD NOT HAVE PLACED AN ORDER...AND FOR THIS VERY TYPE OF PROBLEM IT CREATED. There were a lot of miscommunications...lots of ridiculous phone conversations with various Fedederal Express workers....all unnecessary. If they could have gotten the package to my home on the 3rd they should have gotten it to one of their own stores that same date! They guaranteed me it would be there...on the 3rd...it was not, as mentioned above!! I WALMART TO REFUND ME THE SHIPPING MONEY ON THIS!!!!!
