Went to the store last night to buy some more Wonder Waves. I couldn't find it, there wasn't even a slot for it on the shelves. I thought surely they didn't discontinue it, but, when I got online to see if I could order it, I read a couple of other reviews that read they discontinued Wonder Waves. What????????? Not my Wonder Waves!!!!!!!! Please, Please bring it back!\n\nI loved how it made my hair and curls feel! It washed out great and no sticky build up. I get a lot of compliments on my hair and everyone wants to know what I use on my hair.\n\nNow, I'm on the hunt for something new. I purchased a bottle of the Curl Shaping spray gel, I just tried it and it's going to be a little too sticky for me. Again, i'm on the hunt for something comparable to Wonder waves.\n\nThanks Garnier...for nothing!
I used to use hairgel when I was a teen, and it made my curls hard, crunchy, and stiff. As I got older, I started just putting different types of leave-in conditioners. My issue became that sometimes, or most of the time, my hair would look frizzy and dry. I was in walgreens and saw this product on sale, and since I'm a sale junkie, I had to get it. Let me tell you, this cream is AMAZING!!!! I put the stuff in my hair, parting in four sections, then applying evenly. The I continued with my normal routine. blow dryed with my head upsidedown.. It's my process, lol. Occaisionally scrunching my curls as they dry. I found that the more I did that with the Garnier, the more compact my curls got. When I was done, my hair looked shiny, full of life, and not frizzy or crunchy! I'm replacing all my leavins for this gel, Which shouldnt really be called a gel!
I really like this product. I am not normally a gel kinda person but I just felt like I had to try this kind. The smell is nice, and it holds your curls really well, no matter if you have very curly or wavy hair. I personally have very curly hair so I spray the product in my hand and scrunch sections. However, the times when I want less curls I spray in my hand and pull my hair down to lessen the curl. Either way, this product is worth a try! :)\n\nOnly negative is the stickyness that is left on my hands after use.
