What our shoppers say:
very easy to assemble...gives a great workout... It has a calorie counter and HR monitor built in but I wear my own during my workouts and my Polar T7 always has a higher calorie count than the machine, so I'm not sure how accurate the calorie counter is on the machine....but overall I like it and feel I got a great deal for the $ and would recommend it
I was hesitant to buy this product as it looked flimsy on the website and at 25 pounds I was not sure if it would even work. I have a full gym in the basement and I need time to do exercises there, but I spend a lot of time in my home office sitting at a desk and doing many teleconferences. I placed the stepper next to my desk and I use it while I do my teleconferences -it is very quiet. When I am working at the desk, I would brake for 1 or 2 minutes periodically and go 100 steps without much effort. The result is that I am now climbing about 5 thousand to 10 thousand steps every day without any disruption to my daily routine. I do not need gym clothes to get on it. In fact sometimes I am still wearing my suit and occasionally I have a glass of wine while on the stepper.\n\nIt is well built and works very well. Light enough to take it any where including in front of a TV to watch a show while going up the steps at your own pace.\n\nThe best investment I made in fitness. Highly recommend it.
