I like first person shooters, and of course the big name in that genre is call of duty. However, this is also a decent game series once you give it some time. I feel they are trying to make more of a storyline than the call of duty games. It's a bit slower paced, and tries to be more \"emotional\" The gameplay is very good. I don't play multiplayer so I can't comment on that aspect, but the single player game is very enjoyable. Gets bad reviews but I feel that's more pressure from activision on websites to push anything down that's not call of duty
Alright Madden 11 is good but it really did not meet my expectations at all. I thought that this game was going to even be better than Madden 10. Because I played Madden 10 before this game and it was way better. Madden 10 had good gameplay while this game kinda fell back. Not much but a little bit. Another thing that frustrates me was the defense. If the people have a fast paced offence it will be really hard to call the right play before the offence goes out on the field. Another thing is the player ratings and the players that play in the game. Sometimes I can not figure out how a quarterback that has a rating of 91 throw 5 interceptions in one game and at the end of the season throw 37. And that was when I did not even play any games in my season. Another thing is that the franchise is a little bit bad. And when it comes to the trades this is the worst in my opinion I have ever seen. I can get a player rated 93 for a player rated 69 and a first round draft pick. That was crazy. The online is okay but if Madden 10 still had online I would be playing that online instead of Madden 11. Overall, I rather be playing Madden 10 or I would also suggest trying Madden 12. If you don't want to get Madden 12 and you rather buy either Madden 11 or Madden 10 pick Madden 10. Better game overall. Or if you want online then buy Madden 12 that is also a great game.
im a picky gamer so im decisive when it comes to games but bulletstorm is the sickest and most creative shooting game ive ever seen its awesome.but dont play around your kids if u dont want them to talk like sailors.
while this game has been 'dumbed-down' from Dragon Age: Origins, it is still a worthy successor in many ways. Various quests develop the backstory of your companions while main quests drive the storyline forward; side and secondary quests are also available. Conversational approaches will help determine quest\/conversation responses and outcomes. Good replay value - I'm on my third playthrough and am still discovering new items and quests. I would recommend this game to anyone that likes a good RPG ala Dungeons & Dragons.
