i bought it at a higher price last year, and so far it has been worth getting. i have taken some amazing shots with it and overall enjoyed the camera. i cant say i would exactly recommend this one persay though. it is a great model but it was last years model. i would recommend a non slr camera to a begginner and if they were good tell them to get this one. it is great for the price. so if you are an aspiring photographer and wish for a cheaper buy in a quality camera this is definitely what you need.
Fantastic! I just began photography and this is really easy to use and understand. I included some shots I took... I use the camera to take \"tumblr\" shots. It's pretty good id say... If you're using this for YouTube then go buy a memory card that writes data fast, or else recordings will be like 5 secs long... I love everything about this camera... Especially the viewfinder gah. It's really helpful. If you're beginning, you really should take a few pics with auto settings and then go off to try programming it yourself and making your own settings. Manual focus is a must, auto focus can't do a thing.
This is my first DSLR camera body. I had several Canon lenses and Pentax lenses for old film-SLR. I thought to buy one of those camera bodies for a long time, because I miss the big lenses that can shoot in the dark, which the regular digital camera cannot do well. The Canon T3i obviously is cheaper but with better pixel quality. I was worried that without a stabilizer, the old lenses will not do well. But finally, I think I could easily erase the bad photo and shoot again, so I get the Canon T3i body.\nThe shipment from Walmart online order to my home took only two days. The Canon T3i is meeting my expectation and giving me very good pictures with the old lenses. What I like it the most is that the autofocus can save me time to take good pictures than the old film-SLR. Besides, it can make movie.
I will admit I am a longtime Canon camera buyer so excuse my bias. That said, the 60D was a step-change above their mid-level SLR line. The price given the reduction with the release of the 70D makes this a compelling buy. The 70D is great but you have to spend $1300+.
This is an overall excellent camera, I got this for Christmas last year from my husband and it takes beautiful pictures. The pictures come out so clear and there isn't any noise on the pictures. The camera is durable and strong. I've dropped it accidentally a few times and it has no scratches and still works brand new. If you have intentions on buying this camera, buy it. You will love it.
i wonted to upgrade to a advance dslr my first dslr was the D3200 i seen that nikon is going to replace the D7000 sometime in 2013 so after some research and discussion with some professional camera people it was clear this was worth the money first off its weatherseal the D3200 was not.... the D7000 has got metale body parts so it will hold up over time.. the d3200 is plastic it wont hold up over time. plus u can go to sortable.com or snapsort.com and u can compare the differance between the 2 the D7000 has just amazed me time and time agein of the things it could do i look forward to learning with it if you are coming from a basic dslr like i did and wont to get a professional A.P.C. nikon camera u have found it
My experience with walmart.com was a nightmare...\nI ordered a camera and never recieved it.. FedEx informed me that\nthe item was not delevered to my address and gave me a conformation\nnumber for walmart. .every time I call walmart I get the runaround.. it has been over\n2 weeks and I have been on the phone with walmart every day for six days..\nI got hung up on twice and have yet to get a refund so I can shop at BEST BUY.\nI will never shop Walmart. Com again.

Absolutely astonishing results are readily available using this camera and Nikon's best lenses. To obtain the best results the use of a stable tripod is advisable. The detail in the landscape photography that I shoot with this combination of camera and the 24-70mm 2.8 lens and the 70-200mm 2.8 VR II lens is breathtaking. No other DSLR in this size even comes close. Using this camera anywhere near its potential does require dedication and diligence. To say that it is complex is an understatement. Photography fanatics will love this camera. Be prepared to make an investment, nothing this good comes \"cheap.\"
A new world has opened to my wife. She has never had a camera remotely close to the quality or versatility this one possesses. She actually sees the difference between pictures and art. And having seen some of the things she has done with a lot less I can only imagine where this will take us. Thanks guys......
