I had no problems picking up my purchase upon arrival at the store, however, the exact same movie that I had paid $14.96 for online, was available directly from the store for $9.96. A manager was summoned and I had to go up to the front of the store and wait in the customer service line to get the price fixed. So bottom line is that they fixed it for me, but I had to wait in line for approximately 20 minutes to do so.
