I bought this pillow because I get frequent headaches due to the lack of support of my neck. Using one pillow isn't enough but two pillows is too much and causes neck strain which leads to a headache. Despite the warnings from other purchasers, I thought I would give it a try anyway because all reviews weren't bad. I still don't think it was a terrible pillow, I just feel that it isn't a good purchase for side sleepers. My neck felt more comfortable when I lied on my back, but I'm not a back sleeper - I always end up on my side. The pillow was also hard and my ear and neck would hurt in the morning. I also couldn't sleep throughout the night because it was uncomfortable. I tried it for 4 days before I gave up on it.

My first problem was I needed both left & right. My left hand is the worst and very painful. The right support fit pretty well , the left didn't even come close. Some what awkward to adjust. My second problem is this type of item is a final sale. Learned my lesson. Tried wearing it every day , I gave up.
