Good make-up remover for sensitive \/ rosacea skin
I have rosacea and sensitive skin. This product removes make-up better than cetaphil. I like the ceraVe hydrating cleanser and cetaphil for daily use on my very dry skin. But neither removes make-up as well as the ceraVe foaming cleanser. I do have to use moisturizer after though. It can be drying b\/c it's formulated for oily skin.
The fragrance free watery lotion containing highly valued ingredients like niacinamide, ceramides and hyaluronic acid is probably a good moisturizer for people with normal to oily skin who need a light moisturizer. This is definitely not a moisturizer for dry skin and esp. during winter time.
I used this on a daily basis until I ran out of it because I wanted to give my skin a chance to get used to the product before making a judgement. In the end, I was not satisfied. It was greasy on my skin, but it did not hydrate it (my skin did not feel soft like it should have). I felt that this did not benefit my skin in any way. Also, the pump always clogged (even though I used it everyday) and it was gross to have a little ball of yuck in my lotion everyday.
On the recommendation of my dermatologist, I began using this as a facial lotion in combination with a retin-A product. I am now using it as a body lotion as well. It works great as an \"immediate\" moisturizer but over time, I believe it has also improved my skin. I like that it absorbs quickly without a residue.
