These pods are so easy to use and my dishes are clean and sparkle.\n\nIf the pod does not disolve all the way check the temperature of your dishwashers water, I use hot. This happened only twice and it was when we had a problem with out hot water tank.

Have to use two packets per wash but doing so removes spots and calcium

It does not clean as good as the complete will not purchase again, smells nice that is about it

Since it seems like this is always the most expensive detergent on the shelf I keep trying cheaper alternatives - Sun, Finish, etc - but I always notice a decline in how the dishes turn out with the others. Even when I tried other cascade products (just not \"complete\") I noticed the dishes didn't get as clean.\n\nI would still love to find something cheaper, but until then...
