I actually bought this by mistake! I had been trying to decide between two bunkbeds...the \"Canwood\" and the \"Storkcraft\" and chose the Storkcraft bc it was cheaper and looked almost the same as the Canwood. So, not realizing it, I bought the drawer unit as well thinking it went with the bed I ended up ordering. It wasn't until I had put the frame of this drawer unit together and tried to slide it under the bed, did I realize I had ordered it in error! However, though it was a VERY tight fit, it still worked and I went on to finish the entire drawer unit. It looks wonderful and matches the Storkcraft bed (espresso color) almost exactly. Ok...so onto the review of the actual product. Not all the parts were marked which caused things not to run as smoothly as I would've liked. I also had two boards which were marked inverted (one said it was supposed to be \"G\" when it was actually part \"H\" and the one marked part \"H\" was actually part \"G\"). None of the hardware was marked and bc the instructions weren't to scale, it took extra attention to figure out what was what. Other than that it was fairly easy to put together. The only thing I didn't like was the flimsy top and back parts (which were almost cardboard, I would say), however, they are parts which will never be seen, so I suppose it doesn't matter.
Bought the drawers for use under the twin Aspen II bed.\nPositives - Fairly easy to assemble. Fit the bed well.\nNegatives - One of the long pieces of the frame is not straight. Missing a couple of wood screws. drawer alignment isn't great.\nOverall it's OK and made me think twice before I buy the matching chest of drawers.

What our shoppers say:
Nice bed to give you extra sleeping space.
Bed arrived quickly and was easy to put together, however it was missing one part, which took several weeks to have shipped to home as the manufacturer had no service number or address on instuctions.Strongly suggest making sure all parts are included. This bed was bought for occasional use for grandchildren and they loved sleeping in.Top bunk bed is hard put sheets on but so is any bunk bed.I am happy with the bed and hope to have years of use from it.
I bought the bunk bed for my 8 year old and 4 year old sons. It was simple to assemble together. We broke only one of the slat spacers. It took a lot of muscle power to screw in the screw for the post inserts. The boys enjoy sleeping on the bunk bed every night.
Ordered over 2 weeks ago. Still have yet to get it. I've had the mattresses for over a week now. I would suggest if you need this fast but don't own a truck, BARROW. One!!! Considering I spend a lot of money with Walmart and I don't own a truck, I use this service on a consistent basis. This is just appalling to have to wait. I just received a phone call today to set up delivery??? What??? Why am I going through this? I will never order large orders from Walmart again if this is how long it. I can easily order through another company.
I bought this for my two younger sons as they will be sharing a room.\n\nAppearance: I thought the coloring would be more silverish (as pictured), but it is a mid-toned gray color. Not a big deal, but was hoping for that silverish color. The HEIGHT of the bunk bed is much higher than I expected. This is my fault as I didn't really pay attention to the dimension measurements. I was looking for a bunk bed where the top bunk was a little higher, so we the bottom bunk kiddo wouldn't bonk his head. However, in this case the top bunk is too high as I cannot reach the top bunk without standing on a stool (I am 5'5\"). This means I cannot help him make his bed or cover him\/tuck him in at night without the use of a stool. I wish I would have paid more attention to that.\n\nAssembly: When I first opened the box I was overwhelmed, but between my husband and I (and you will need two people), it only took about an hour. The bottom of each bed has rod \"slats\" that you have to put into place, which makes for a very sturdy support, but there are probably 40+ for each bed you have to put in place.\n\nSturdiness: Overall the bed seems fairly sturdy-maybe not as much as I would like as it does move slightly when pushed on or climbing the ladder. It does make quite a bit of noise when you move on it...especially top bunk.\n\nOverall, I am happy with purchase, but I probably would have purchased a different bunk bed if I had paid more attention to the height of the top bunk, as it is too high for me.
