I have two dogs one that is old and has stomach problems and a puppy that has accidents.\nWE all know how hard it is to get all of the stains out. Look no more , I have tried so many things thru the years and this stuff is great and easy to use.
We just got a new dog, a rescue, and he is having trouble adjusting to the new dog food. Needless to say I've had some lovely messes to clean up. Out of desperation because my carpet shampooer broke I went to get some spot cleaner and scrub brush. It worked amazingly, I barely scrubbed in a circle and blotted it with a towel and the spots are gone. The only problem is now I have white spots on the carpet from where it got all the dirt out.

Walmart was the problem!
When I ordered this product I received an email saying that it was out of stock but would be shipped to the store in a few days. That was no problem. Two days later I received an email that my purchase had been shipped to the store and a day or two later a message that it had arrived and was ready for pick up. As a matter of fact, Walmart sent me 3 emails and text messages that my purchase was ready for pick up! A day later I went to the store to pick up the filters and was told they did not have them. The employees said their system showed that they could not get the product. One of the employees went to check and see if the filters were in the store when I insisted that I had received emails and text messages. When he finally returned he said he did not see the filters. He thought there was a possibility that they could be in the back but he could not get to the area where they might be because 3 pallets were in front of those boxes. I don't think this is acceptable. Customers should be able to pick up their orders when told they are ready! I wasted 30- 45 minutes trying to pick up the filters. Just yesterday - a week later- I received another message saying my order was ready for pick up. I am NOT going back and WASTING more time at Walmart. The stores in Memphis seem to be more and more poorly managed and I am through with Walmart!
I have had this for several months and I am not pleased with it at all. It does not pick up that well. The top part comes off all the time and it is becoming quite annoying. It is put together correct too. I have been looking for a filter for 2 weeks now and I went to Bissell.com and they stated that Febreze Bissell 9.10.12 Filter works with this machine but now that read the reviews for the filter, they don't . Will not ever get another Bissell product. I will be getting the SHARK NAV next month. More costly but it will be worth it!! Sorry BISSELL you really need to get your quality standards together!!
The silver striped one is rougher and better for tile, the microfiber one softer and better for wood floors. I ordered and extra set since the steam cleaner only comes with one of each. I ended up using all four.
