If you really want a true film about the ways of the early west this film "Into the West" is for you.
It is long but worth every minute of it.
I have watched this 2 times and have enjoyed it both times.
Don't waste your time on the American remake of this movie...
The original is where it's at!!!
This movie is slightly depressing, yet suspenseful. It keeps you on the edge of your seat. You can't wait to see what happens next.
I like this movie to because it doesn't have the "happy ever after" ending.
Check it out!
This is the American version of the Asian Horror Movie \"Kairo\" aka Pulse.\n\nThis movie is God-awful. Simply.\nIt twists the story around.\nThe graphics are horrible.\nI was very disappointed in it.\n\nI'm a huge fan of Asian horror movies and trust me, stick to the original. It's waaaaaay better!
I bought these movies last year and the Feast series wasn't bad. Feast 1 was the best one. Feast 2 sloppy seconds was okay but contained too many disturbing scenes. Feast 3 the happy finish sucked because the human survivors were killed by a robot from out of nowhere at the end.
This didn't draw as much attention as other David Lynch films when it came out but this is probably his best effort to date. The DVD was delayed too so not many people are probably aware of this sleeper.\n\nGreat performances by the whole cast with EXCELLENT music.\n\nYou never quite know what is going on with the main characters so you go on an eerie journey with them and discover strange goings on this 'lost highway'.\n\nDavid Lynch is in top form with the whole mood and atmosphere of the film and keeps you glued to your seat looking forward to see what's to come.\n\nHIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
amidst all the gleeful profanity, gross character stereotyping, outrageous interspecies rape and gory grotesquery, an apparent lack of originality is the one thing that should not cause undue offence here.
I was searching for DVDs on the Walmart website. I was looking in the section listed as $5.00 DVDs. I have wanted White Squall for a while now and placed it in my cart not realizing it was a Blu-Ray & not a DVD. When it arrived I didn't want it since I do not own a Blu-Ray player. I was not too happy this movie was offered in with all the cheap DVDs. I will accept only a small portion of the blame, I mostly blame Walmart for putting in the incorrect section in the first place. Picking my order up was a MAJOR ordeal, waited 20 plus minutes for someone to show up at the service counter and when someone did, she couldn't help me!!!! So I waited another 10-15 minutes until she got someone back there. When I explained I didn't want the Blu-ray, I was told I had to take my 'purchase' to the service desk at the front on the store. After waiting in line for another 25 minutes, that girl told me I had to return the movie back at the pick-up counter. By now, I'm not in the best of moods and about ready to scream at the top of my lungs!!! When a nice young man walked up and stated he could take care of my return at that counter. FINALLY!!! By now I have wasted over 2 hours for a movie I didn't get. I will think twice and read three times before I buy anything else from Walmart Site-TO-Store. My advise to Walmart is stop being SO CHEAP AND HIRE SOME PEOPLE FOR YOUR STORES!!!!
