This is my first experience with a order to wal mart that was not fulfilled. Wal Mart sent an email saying the order had been shipped and provided a tracking number on Nov 5, 2013. Today is Nov 14,2013 and the UPS tracking site says there is no info on the tracking number. I sent an email to wal mart customer service and I got an automated response. I called customer service and the black woman who responded said there was no tracking number but the item should be in the local store and to call there. I called the local store and of course there was no package received. The shipping email said the package would be delivered by Nov 15,2013. Sounds like I have to get a refund and reorder the package again.
I ordered a Widescreen DVD thay sent me a Blu-ray disc. I can not use this item an Wal-Mart has not made it right by sending me the item i ordered. I have emailed them two times and called them one time , So I don't think I will be doing my shopping at Wal-Mart untill thay can fix this for me. I know I can take the item to the store but I ordered it by mail and don't think I should have to pay for the gas (the store is 40mil. one way from my house) or pay for the mail for a item I did not order!
