What our shoppers say:
I thought having the curved edge to avoid creases in the hair would be great, but you trade the crease for burns on the skin! This was a terrible idea! I tried to be so careful, but every time I straighten my bangs I burn my forehead. Now I have a big welt. Also, I have a short angle bobbed cut so when I straighten the back, I end up burning my neck.
I waited two weeks after purchasing the Andis hair dryer before writing this review to make sure it worked well for me.\nSo far I am very pleased with the dryer. I have short, multi-layered, wavy to curly hair and I was worried that the air flow would be too strong and straighten my hair out.\nI normally use it at the lower level - 1 and it's powerful, but not overwhelming. I am able to keep the bouncy curly look in my hair yet it dries my hair very quickly.\nThe size is great for the power it offers and very lightweight. I had used a version of Andis Micro hair dryers at the gym and was quite pleased. I figured if my gym had purchased them to be used (and abused) by the members they must be good. So far no issues with malfunctions.\nI would recommend this hair dryer especially if you like practical dryers that can be packed easily for travel and do not take up tons of room in your bathroom drawers. For the price I feel this product is a good choice.
Andis Aero Straight to the Root Ceramic 1" Flat Ir
Fabulous tool. Can finally get it all the way to the root of the sectioned hair and everything gets straightened out at one time. Can use it EVERY day and it doesn't "burn up or dry out my hair" plus it leaves a great sheen on my hair. Thanks! I love it. May order a second one - just to have a spare.
i was looking for a really good straightening iron within my budget, one that doesn't end up messing my hair up. well, the buck stopped right here and its really a great value for money in terms of performance and quality!!!
Nice blow dryer but with a few flaws. It's a little heavy and all the switches are where you hold the handle. If you don't hold the handle a certain way, your fingers flick the switches to a different level. Otherwise I am happy with the purchase.
I've used this flat iron for about 10 months. After a few months the gold paint on the plates started coming off. There is a horrible smell every time I heat it up. My hair catches in the plates and pulls. I have to use it on the highest setting to straighten my hair, which is thick but not naturally curly. Yesterday I discovered the plates aren't heating up anymore! I am so disappointed in this flat iron. After all the positive reviews I read, I expected better.
Andis 1" Ceramic, Multi-Temp Flat Iron, 67095. Andis' 1 inch flat iron is perfect for all hair and styles. Ceramic plates, with its smooth finish and even heat technology, preserve natural oils and seal the hair cuticle for improved moisture retention. The result is increased luster and shine to the hair.
So I purchased this Andis clipper today after the Wahl color coded one we have finally started to sound like a chain saw and heat up, after some good use over 6 years! Andis is a good brand and the color coded Wahl kit wasn't avail. in store. Anyway... My review rating is an 8\/10 ... The Pro's : nice size for medium hands, color is a bonus and the attachment guards are def. a plus, it is not very loud and has an adjustable self cleaning blade. Good for thin\/straight to medium curly textured hair. The hair cut was done quickly because it has a sharp precise blade...BUT here is the Con: it gets slightly warm around the blade itself after a full 10-15 mins if running, but not unbearably so, also the box said it is good for trimming edges, sides and around neck basically \"good for a shape-up\" this is where I disagree because it just didn't line up effectively for the all around low cut that I usually give the kiddo. I suppose for someone getting a side fade or leaving a significant amount of hair on top then a shape up with this product may actually be seen, however, if you do a low cut all around then be prepared to use a different trimmer for shaping up the edges. Overall it is a nice set for the $20 price and it will be used often, I hope it holds up as well as the previous one. Anyway, that's my 2 cents!
The clippers are great, but the same cannot be said about the trimmer. It does not give the sharp line-up I like. The trimmer included in this package is the much cheaper version of the Andis T-outliner trimmer (the professional line-up trimmer that gives a really sharp line-up). I thought I was getting this version with the clippers, but apparently I was mistaken. I should have known better because the T-outliner clippers cost like $60 by themselves.
I had purchased this for the amount I had paid for this. It worked out good for me. I just saw this same product in the Advertisements and the amount was Double for it. I'm Glad I found this just in time. Thanks
Nano-Silver technology with real silver has anti-bacterial properties Crushed from precious gemstones Tourmaline crystals emit negative ions that quickly seal the cuticle layer and eliminate frizz for smoother silkier hair in 60% less drying time The fusion of Nano-Ceramic and Tourmaline straightens hair in less time and without typical iron damage - hair is left softer and shinier Ionic dries hair faster by breaking up water molecules 4 heat settings/air speeds for styling control,
This iron not only straightens but it waves also. I have been looking for an iron that had curved edges. I saw this iron in other stores for a lot more and then saw it at WalMart. Ordered it online & picked\/up in store. Used it right away. I Love it. As a matter of fact I replaced my Chi with this flat iron. It does get really hot, so you have to turn the heat down if you have thin hair.(it has heat control, which my $80 Chi did not) I think ALL flat irons should have a curved edge to keep crimps out of the hair. Absolutely good price and quality for the money.\nThank You Walmart!!
