I swallow a handfull of these about once or twice a day depending on my day to keep some protein uptake into my muscles in between meals. I just carry the bottle around with me in my bag and sometimes if im out for a while i find i can get by taking these rather than just going to a drive through at some fast food place like i used to.
This is good for muscles that get used a lot, especially when training hard, in which you may work out several times a day. Feels great going into a workout, like having a couple days off - but doesn't disillusion you to the point where you would hurt yourself and not feel it. A bit pricey, but for me it's definitely worth it. Tastes like the big toe of a sweaty, middle-aged clown though...so I'd recommend mixing into Gatorade or something similarly sweet
