I ordered this movie at the store, the clerk filling out the order. Two days after getting the announcement that it had arrived I went to pick it up. That's when I found out, that even though I live in Caro, Michigan, the clerk had (I can only hope in error), had my movie shipped 'site to store to Rogers, Ar! You would think it would be simple to just have the company have the item shipped either to my store or, because of the error, shipped to my home. Not so easy. Both my store (Caro, Mi. Wal Mart Superstore) AND Wal mart.com said I need to cancel the order, wait till my card had been re-imbursed then re-order. At least there was someone sane in the company. Upon calling Rogers, Ar. the CSM there said she'd have my movie sent to me at home. My only question is it took three different people (the clerk at my WM, WM.com, and the CSM in Rogers) before one actually came up with a reasonable solution. I have ordered items 'site to store' many times, Even had items sent to my home with satisfaction. This was a total screwup until my phone call to Rogers this morning. Now I'll see how much longer it takes.
The movie is good keeps you on the edge of the seat for about the whole movie.And buy the way i went on line to purchase (book of eli\/ i'am legend starring will smith) price states 5.75 but when i added to my cart it jump to 7.47 and then to 7.44 then to 7.39. How do you expect to improve your site to store with advertisement like that.
