When I tried watching it on my blueray player there was no sounds, I tried buying it again and still no sound. The trailer had sound and my bluerays did but this movie did not. I ended up paying twice just to end up having to watch it on my computer. I'm really not liking Vudu. I'd almost rather wait till I can buy it or watch it on netflix.
I was very excited for this movie from the first day I heard about it. It had an all-star cast of comedians who I have been a fan of for years. Adam Sandler and Chris Rock in the same movie, along with some other great actors, seemed like a can't loose. The movie just didn't live up to my expectations though. These actors have made over a dozen hilarious movies in their careers but this one was a laughless flop. I just don't know what went wrong since there was no shortage of talent. Maybe it was that too many cooks spoiled the soup?
I can not figure out why critics hate Adam Sandler movies so much. This movie is sooo funny. My favorite character is Dolph. That guy really makes the movie. This movie is one that will make everyone laugh!!
Love Eddie Murphy and his work. It's is a great deal as it includes 3 other cast members from SNL. Great value for the product and it is packaged so the each DVD is individual as opposed to the ones that have front and back copies of DVD.
The film-makers behind I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry would probably claim a message of tolerance and personal growth, but this woeful Adam Sandler vehicle is as nasty a piece of sniggering homophobia as I have seen in a long time.
But it's Sandler who is pivotal to its amiable success. Less precious, less power-tripping than the likes of Ben Stiller, Jim Carrey or Mike Myers, he never looks down on his material. He makes us laugh by willpower as much as technique.
Alright, this movie isn't the best movie that Adam Sandler starred in... Everyone did a great job acting in it though.\nIt's not really that funny... more depressing.\nIt's a movie that will make you think about your life and what you value and take for granted.
