Viewing on this screen s great. Everything bright and clear. Not knowledgeable on these things, but I would recommend this Monitor. That is if you like widescreen. Me personally, I dislike widescreen, so I returned it. Nothing wrong with the monitor it's perfect. But WIDESCREEN blew the deal.
I love this monitor. I can do my Graphic Design job more efficiently because with the larger monitor I can see my work on one screen instead of having to switch back and forth, or zoom in\/out all the time.
wrong size stated on web site & manufacturer's box
I was looking for a monitor an exact size. The measurements stated on the web site and on the manufacturer's box is wrong. It is smaller by 2 inches wide and 4 inches high. There is no way to know this until you get it home and use a measuring tape to measure it. I waited 3 weeks for delivery to store. Returned it. Had to start shopping all over again. What a waste of time.\n\nAlso, I purchased a 3 year warranty. Walmart refunded the cost of the monitor. They did not tell me that I had to contact walmart.com to get a refund on the service plan until my second trip to the store. The website does not give you a phone number either. I had to search and finally found a phone number for warranty service on my email for the warranty when I purchased it. Called that and was directed to another phone number. Luckily, I was prompt in returning the monitor and going back to inquire about the refund on the warranty and calling the same day. You have 30 days to cancel the warranty for a refund from the date of ORDER! I had 3 days left to cancel since it took 3 weeks for them to get the monitor to Walmart for pickup! Can you spell LAWSUIT?
This is a great value for a 1920 X 1080 Monitor. Not recommended for the high end gamer, but has an amazing display quality. I do a lot of photo editing and it is well suited for this. Extremely bright and clear. Also, hard to beat Dell quality. Another big plus is the three input sources, VGA, DVI-D and HDMI. All basses covered.
