I returned the unopened packages back to IShip as directed and I have conformation of the return 1-30-17 at 10:13 am
Here it is 9 days and counting and I still have not recieved my refund. I would not recommend this ISave vendor to anyone.
Walmart is a great place to shop and I have no issues with them. But be careful of which of it's vendors you buy product from.

I also explained that the battery arrived in just a plastic mailing envelop and should probably have had some sort of packing around it to prevent damage during the mailing. Ibought the $139.00 advertised system and got the $112.00 system. Please refund my $139.00 plus the warranty fee.Evelyn

They were delivered before Christmas while I was out of town. I agree this is a weird complaint, getting the device before the date forecasted on the order. So all in all, this is VERY minor issue.Grumpy

We were going away and needed these to hit the delivery date so I could install before leaving. They did that. Their packaging was protective and secure. I think they are an excellent partner to Walmart.Marc
