Terrible customer service. They said they could send me the rest of my order, but then said now they can't Bc not in stock but then didn't give me any other options to resolve this issue! Other than a 66% refund on something that was their mistake and now I have to pay for it?? i would not recommend ordering from them.

The tracking notice they sent said "On the way, you'll get an arrival timing as soon as the order starts moving" right up till the day it arrived! ( Me thinking it was still DAYS away) but that might have been the fault of the Carrier.chuckbrons
- 1 out of 5 stars review02/20/2017Do not order from Supermart if you want your item in a short amount of time. Delivery date has changed 3 times since ordered. And now tracking is saying it "Just shipped" 4 weeks after ordering and the fedex tracking number listed on the Walmart site doesn't exist on the FedEx site. All this trouble for some freaking candle wick. Unbelievable!!!! WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER AGAIN!!!MikeBall
- 3 out of 5 stars review02/15/2017Item is overpriced. I would suggest the seller update the listing to include the size of the ball of yarn they're selling. I was looking for the big ball 10.5 ounces when I came across this listing. What arrived in the mail was 5.3 ounces. It was just thrown in a bag and shipped. Yarn wasn't in the best condition by the time it arrived. I wouldn't buy again from this merchant.JahNest

Now I'm stuck with an extra set of paintbrushes because I'm sure it would cost me more to send them back. Will never do this again. Why does Walmart do this??cooked

Trying to get my money back from this scam was a nightmare. Because of this experience with the seller and Walmart.com, I will never shop on Walmart.com or at a Walmart store again.Megg

When I ordered it said it would take nearly two months to arrive but I was not going to pay a shipping charge so I figured that the cats could wait for it, and anyhow I thought it would probably be much faster. Once I committed to the purchase, I learned that shipping would be more like 21 days, probably because it was shipping from China! I should have been told in advance, because, frankly, then I would have ordered from a seller who actually had the product in the USA.silkee
