Your awful attempts at good customer service to resopond, fix or satisfy the issue which your customer care representative said not your fault as a company. I got 1 out of 2 items purchased and your facility can't locate.

 2 weeks and still no item. I'll never order from you guys again. I'm telling everyone buyers beware.
