They are a market place company which advertised on Walmart;s website. I was a bit upset at the price initially when I found it cheaper at other sources but the rep was very understanding and cooperative and did manage to get me a discount as a courtesy to bring it close to the lowest prices.

rug will not lay flat it is defective has a line down the middle of rug very un satisfied. Did not realize it was shipping from some one other then Walmart so I can not return it. Very upset . The cost to ship it back and pay re stocking for a damaged product. Do not order from them They should take back defective product at no charge.

The first two pieces arrived almost immediately. The third came from clear across the country and despite it being a rather large package (100lbs) still came in just a few days.Archie

I received nice emails and information about shipping. Very helpful. Not very happy that the request came at 4 in the morning however. - 3 out of 5 stars review08/30/2016They require many steps for returning a damaged item. I am still in the process of getting a refund and receiving a shipping label for the returns. This process is not as easy as it should be with items received damaged. Quality control issues with product procurement.Kenneth
