I erroneously ordered an item and I attempted to cancel within 10 minutes of making the order. Despite multiple emails, messages and phone calls, they still shipped the package 4 days later. Upon the packages eventual return, they did not refund my money until I sent them an email 6 days after they received the item. Could not have been a worse experience.

- 5 out of 5 stars review01/17/2016Taylor gifts sent the item to me in the allotted time and it was received by the date stated. I am still holding my opinion on the good or bad experience on the product itself, since I only used it once but there was no increase in speed so far. I will still use it for the time being, but I don't hold out for any real speed to show on my computer.birde1964

I don't understand why there wasn't quality control. I guess people just don't care anymore. Never again will I use you.Cynamon

I had to call customer service because there was no return label with my order. I was told that you do not send a return label and customers have to call to get this information.posey

Very disappointed as there was not enough time before the party to go in search of another one. My recommendation to other people is to NEVER buy from this supplier.Sandra
- 1 out of 5 stars review02/04/2015I am very disappointed with the experience--the date of delivery was listed as January 21 to 27, but the item was not shipped until Feb 2nd. the order was placed on Jan 13th, so I can't understand why it took so long to arrive (it still has not been delivered as of this morning). I won't use this retailer again for future orders.towelracker

NONE of the 3 phone numbers on their web site worked. I took it to the PO to send the useless thing back-when I FINALLY got an email response 4days later-I was told I did not have to resend it back-but to late I was already out the 8.62 for shipping it back !lolotasik

However, have called the customer service number every couple days for the past week, gave them the benefit of the doubt over the holidays for not answering, and can't leave a message. They are not returning emails either. Product seems good quality, just wrong finish. Customer service is terrible.NoWayToReturn
