It goes great with breakfast when I have a busy day and not much time to eat, it cuts done the hunger pains a lot more than I expected. I was amazed when I first tried it and would recommend for anybody.

I have been using 2 teaspoonfuls twice a day in the morning and evening and it really seems to be helping my appetite. I don't seem to feel as bloated and it is helping me be way more regular not to mention a boost in energy! I really didn't realize how much fiber I was missing from my diet. The flavor is great especially if you like orange. The sugar free option is great, wouldn't use it any other way. I think this will be part of my routine from here on out. I received this product as a sample from Theinsiders, opinions are 100% my own.

I've suffered with constipation for as long as I can remember and have never found relief with anything. I only took one portion the first day and a few hours later I had relief. The second day did come with some cramping but it went away by the 3rd day. Biggest issue is it turns to jelly within a minute of mixing. The flavor is great but the texture when it's jelly is hard to get down.

I paid $23.98 for this one. Looks like someone tried to stick a pin in it (2 little indentions on the foil. You did refund me for the first order.

Got the sugar version and I was cleared out the next day. Not only that, I felt light. This made me hooked. The money I save on toilet paper and stomach medicines probably makes up for the cost. While I have to poop more often, my poops are done very quickly. I feel a slight energy boost, probably from reducing the effect of sugar absorption in my blood I switched to this version and receive the same benefits. I like how much lighter it feels going down. I tried the Walmart generic, but it's harder to dissolve in water and the price is around the same.
