Poor Design

The tabs that hold the case in the holster break off. I'm on my second one and it broke also. I have one good tab, so I put the phone in the holster upside down. Not sure how long this one will last. It's usually less than a year.

    OtterBox Defender for Atrix HD

I think that OtterBox makes the best phone cases that can be had. They protect my phone with high-quality materials and look good doing it. I have a potentially high-impact work place, and the OtterBox has yet to fail me. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality protection for their mobile device. Whenever I get a new phone, my very next purchase is the matching OtterBox case to protect it. You should too.

    Good product

I work outside much of the time and my phone is likely to get dirty. I purchased the Defender series case for my Motorola HD and it seems to be holding up well. The only thing I do not like is the belt clip that came with it. With the phone in the belt clip and attached to your belt on your side, the phone is likely to pop out of the holder when you bend over, falling to the ground. Luckily, the Defender series case protects the phone from the fall. Out of three different phones over a period of about 3-4 years, I have only received one Defender case that would not stay on the phone. As soon as I reported this problem to Otter Box Customer Service, they quickly sent a replacement which worked perfectly. Great Customer Service Otter Box!!!!

    Moto Atrix 2 Otter Box

I carry my phone in the belt clip, and it has broken twice. I get in touch with Otter Box via email and take a few pics and they usually send me a replacement under warranty within 2 - 3 weeks. The rubber case and plastic cover are OK, on a scale from 0 - 10 about a 4.5 to 5. The rubber covers over the connectors for attachments such as power and stuff wears out over time. And the plastic screen protector scratches pretty easy. But on a positive note I have dropped my phone a couple of times while in the case from my hand to concrete and dirt and I have not had any damage to the phone. Now my Son has the same phone and same case, and he has had two instances of cracked or shattered digitizer screens. Not Good :(
