Geat short fo beach and pool lounging. Quick Dry

On this type of short, I prefer pure elastic at the waist band. I buy mine one size larget than I need and then sew the waistband shut. It would be nice if you would get in stock in the stores and stay instock.

Not true to size!!!!

I purchased these board shorts for a specific reason, to swim in. These shorts are cute and stylish but they are not true to size, they are smaller compared to a different brand and in the same size, I was disappointed when I tried these shorts on, although I will keep them because of the clearance price I paid for them.

    Size runs small

    I am 5'3" and a size 18. I wanted to use these as bottoms for a tankini I bought for an upcoming cruise. The first pair I ordered size 1x were too small. I then ordered a size 2x and while they are a tiny bit loose I think they will serve the purpose of keeping inner thighs from chaffing in the heat & humidity of the Caribbean. They are comfortable and look wrinkle free.

    2X=18/20

    I think these would have been great if the size was actually right. I bought two because I didn't know which size would fit me. I tried on the bigger size and they were too small. so just so everybody knows, a 2X is an 18/20. I hope that helps somebody.

    They are a great short, they do not hold water so that's nice. Would have been better with a built in panty.

    No Stretch

    You must order up a size on these. There is NO stretch, which makes them very uncomfortable. A little stretch would go a long way on these!

    Sizes run VERY small

    I normally wear a size 12/14 but I had tried on a 2X (18-20) in the store and they were way too small. They did not have a 3X (22-24 I believe) in stock so I ordered it online. I was very disappointed to find that these were too small as well. I ended up having to buy my swim shorts at JC Penney instead.

    runs small and inseam is short

    When I drop another ten pounds, these 3x may fit better but for now my 22/24w hips and post baby gut are really tight in these. The inseam is pretty short so beware if you have lots of curves. Quality and styling is good, just seems more of a women's fit vs a plus fit. If I wasn't going on vacation next week I would probably return.

    Great shorts but HORRIBLE sizing...

    Thinking these ran small, I originally ordered one size up (2X) and also a 3X just in case the 2X was too tight. I tried on the 2X and even though I prefer my clothing "roomy", they were WAY too big on me. So I returned both sizes and ordered the 1X, now thinking that size would fit perfectly. Wrong! The 1X was WAY too small and WAY too tight. So sadly they went back as well. I really liked the look and feel of these shorts and they were exactly what I wanted... too bad I couldn't find the proper fit or else I would have ordered a pair in each color available.     Size not true

    I was very excited to order these cute shorts. I ordered them in sz 3X, because that is what I wear in EVERYTHING else, yet i couldn't even get these over my thighs. These fit more like a 1X. VERY dissapointed.

    Love these swim shorts

    You have to order a size up, i recieved my shorts they fit perfect exactly what i expected, have not used them yet but i love them i wanted something that would cover my problem areas which was stomach and it looks great.

    Good shorts

    These are nice board short. I returned them because I am self conscience about my thighs. I prefer for my shorts to go my knee, I am 5'1 and these were just beyond mid-thigh. I would recommend to someone that doesn't want shorts to the knee.

    Very cute and at a great price!

    I had found a tankini top at another shop being a really good deal and didnt' want to spend a bundle on the bottoms being so far into the season for something I'd probably only use once. I found these at a great price, and luckily they still had them in my size. A real gamble ordering online but they were only slightly snug (ie the fit accuracy scoring) otherwise I am greatly satisfied. Not always the case with any woman and her bathing suit!

    The fit is a bit snug, and I even ordered a size larger than I normally would. I've never owned board shorts before, so maybe they are always a bit snug. Overall, I am very happy with these shorts and can't wait to test them out at the beach in a few weeks!

    Make sure you buy a size bigger.

    These seem to be cut small, and the cut is not great. The price is good. the quality is good, the fit is not good. Make sure you order one size larger they run a full size smaller.

    I love these board shorts! I was a little nervous about getting them after reading some of the other reviews but I think they are fabulous. I do recommend ordering them a size larger than normal though for a better fit.
