A fun ride and great for "portable" transportation

Great product which definitely exceeded my expectations. Very good quality, sturdy, and well-made. It takes a quick minute to adapt to the small 12" tires, but is a pretty steady ride considering. This bike truly folds up and down within seconds and I would say that I could possibly get a full 20 mile range with pedal assist on the battery. I like the fact that you can use this bike with pedal assist and/or the throttle mode. Well-packed and shipped quickly to my door within 4 or 5 days of actual purchase.

Extremely unique compact and well engineered.

The manufacturing is very high quality and well built. It included a light which was not pictured and I really liked and appreciated. So far it performs extremely well.

    amazingly easy to use

BOB is an amazing piece of engineering...easy to fold up, easy to open, and quick. The lithium battery has plenty of capacity. The overall package is lightweight to lift via the central handle, but can be rolled along in the folded position. I have ended up using the throttle more than the pedal assisted mode.

    terrible experience with manufacturer (CycleForce)

This bike run well for a year and after that we did not need it so it has spent some time in a storage and battery died. This year I decided to start using a bike but I could not find the battery online and at Sears I was suggested to contact the manufacturer (CycleForce Group) directly. It took me 3 or 4 days to reach the only person in a company who sells batteries (there is no online purchase option available) via phone and the cost of a battery was 450$+tax and shipping. They do not recycle batteries, so you will have to deal with old battery yourself and there is no alternative (cheaper battery) available on the market so you will end up spending half of the price of a bike to keep it running if someone steal the battery or if it just ...
