    Great Motivational Story!

    I love this book, and so does my son! This book does not just speak to daughters but to sons to. Its a very motivational book.

    Love the book! Very inspiring and good for persons of all ages. The book can be a great gift for boys and girls, and holds many lessons from American History that will inspire!

    An excellent and thoughtful choice of Americans to highlight. Illustration was wonderful. I am disappointed that this book can only be purchased online. I have shown it to my friends who will be purchasing it for their children. We would have preferred to pick it up at the store to wrap for christmas and birthday gifts. I will buy additional copies but from a book store. This was a missed opportunity for Wal-mart - selling it in the store would have been great!

    A great book about diversity

    I have to admit that I was skeptical about buying this book. I am not an Obama supporter, but I heard that this book was great for teaching children about diversity - so I looked at it with an open mind. I purchased it to read to my Kindergarten class.

    Great book to share with children!

    Both my husband and I really enjoyed this book. It is a heart-warming tribute to the potential in all children, and I can't wait to share it with my grandson as well as the school children I work with. The historical figures described in the book are truly inspirational and will greatly appeal to readers. I highly recommend this book!

    Great book for anyone!

    I was excited to get this book for my son & it meets all of my expectations! It's educational & shows all different kinds of American kids-which is great! Short, sweet & to the point with awesome illustrations!
