Pumping water

I use these pumps for pumping water from 55gal barrels to my above ground gardens through a drip system. and they work great. I had two already but with the new purchase, it saves me a lot of time, now I don't have to wait for one barrel to empty before moving to the next. Great Pump.

Sump Pump

DO NOT BUY THIS PUMP!!!!! We installed the pump and it worked for two days then it failed. The float fails to turn on the pump and you have to turn it on by hand. Our basement flooded and we had to pull out carpet and furniture.

    Great Sump Pumps For Wet Basements.

    I have one of these in a rental home that gets quite a lot of water in the unfinished basement when we get a lot of snow,rain in the winter and rainy season.It is approx. 15 years old and still doing a great job ,keeping the water out of basement.I purchased this one to have on hand if the sump pump goes bad that is still operating at this time. With the age of the pump,i thought it would be best to have one in stock,ready to be installed.Thanks,Best Regards,Bobby.

    runs quiet and smoothly. out put is smooth, I use this to run a heat exchanger flushing device and this smooth output is particularly good in this app. price is right. Output at or very close to specs. Flop switch is robust and works well. All the innards are poly so it works well with chemicals and cleans up very well. Longevity is unknown but the smooth effortless pumping does not seem to strain system and bodes well

    Does the job, Easy to install

    Had basement sump pump burn out in the middle of spring thaw...3 inches of water in the basement. Found this and after comparing to different brands at different stores decided on this one mostly due to fair price and 2 year Walmart Warranty. Fit in easily into the existing plumbing from prior basement sump pump and the basement water was gone within a few hours. Kicks on when it needs to now. It was easy to adjust the float to the ideal length for depth of the hole in basement floor and uses less than half the power the 15 year old one that died on us did. Gave four stars instead of five as I have only had it a few months so can't comment much on durability but hoping it will last for years to come.

    1/3 hp sump pump

    I purchased this pump to transfer rain water to flower bed and garden. Added connection for garden hose and dropped in 50 gallon barrel. Pump did not run. Motor was very hot. Was going to return to store. Next day plugged pump into outlet and it ran. Takes about 30 minutes to empty 50 gallons using 100 foot hose.

    Great little sump pump

    The pump arrived well packaged and ready to plug in. They recommend you buy a backlog preventer valve (about $15.00) but the pump,work well without it.

    Poor design, weakly constructed, waste of money

    Ordered from Walmart, 2 day free shipping. First pump arrived with cracks in pump base. Apparently "thermoplastic" breaks just like plain old plastic. Returned to store, ordered identical pump. Arrived looking ok, but ran less than 1 minute before motor began separating from pump base. Again returned to store with no problem, but a major waste of time and money. Will not buy "superior" product again.

    Very good pump

    Very quiet and very good. The cord has a great length and the float switch is great. It says you can adjust the float/trigger but I don't see how it's possible. I must have missed the directions on that...? Any way this thing pumps fast and furious.

    Value for money

    So far so good, worked as soon as I took it out from box. Just plugged in the drain pipe. I have put it on pool cover and it has trained all water since it touches the cover , which is what I was looking. I'll update the rating in case I find any issue in next 3 months.
