IT IS BEAUTIFUL. I WANTED AN EXTRA RUG IN THE BEDROOM BUT COULDN'T HIDE THIS ONE SO I PUT IT IN MY ENTRYWAY. MY DOG LOVES IT TOO. IT VACUUMS VERY EASY AND SAM'S CLAWS DOES NOT GET CAUGHT. I like how it looks and blends with everything around it. It feels good underfoot and doesn't show dog hair between vacuumings. The bottom is not foam backed, so it won't glue itself to my wood floors as previous rugs have. It has a latex backing that aids in being slip resistant. Although I noticed that when my little dog is doing her 90 yard dash, she managed to move it a little. It is a fantastic accent to any room and I could have put it anywhere and it would have blended in and added to the room's looks. It is made of 100% Olefin pile. I first left it in the living room for about a week and it looked really good there but I am living with my sister right now and today moved it to my bedroom. This rug should add more warmth to my bedroom (that is the warm decor feeling as well as heat warmth) plus it goes very well with my gray comforter and bed-skirt – which I took a picture of but oops, my gray jacket was on the bed and I should have ironed the bed-skirt!) Arrived rolled but the small one was folded. There are no fold marks. Love that it is machine washable. "Red" is not really the true color, more of a dark rust which is the color of my accent wall painted "new brick". Corners lay flat also. The center is sisal color, thus the term "faux sisal" is in description. No issue with large dog and cat getting claws stuck.

The neutral colors make it perfect for both genders as well. It is not too shiny or matte, but instead has a nice gentle sheen to it that brightens up the room. Delivered in perfect condition, removed the plastic, there is a little odor but when unrolled, the scent goes away, I believe it is from the wrapping plastic. Its a perfect size for those not-too-big areas and well made. The color is also very attractive and matches one of our cats perfectly! The rubberized backing makes it non slip which is great too. My first notion was to open it out and pry the corners down so it would stay flat but that was not an issue. It rolled out perfectly and right away it was put in place on the floor at my entrance. When I saw the word "SISAL" I just assumed it was for outdoors but it is an inside rug . I have tile floors so it is very slippery so tomorrow I will return to Walmart and get a non slip rug pad to make it non skid. The rug looks very expensive and is made very well.
