great buy
meijers sells the same dvd player for 60.00 wal-mart 38.00 and some change excellent player and converts reg dvd's to 1080-p excellent pic we have a hid-ef 65 in tv DLP and its as clear with dvd player as hi-def so these are excellent and you can not ebat the price you can buy a reg dvd player for 39.00 and no quality at all but if you ahve a hi-def buy this unit you will need the cable and throw the in put cables that come with these in the bean field the cable hooks in back of dvd player only 1 cable and thats it no more red blue audio left and right and yellow cables were are inpressed with this unit would buy another if we needed it,,, Happy Hollidays ,, Merry Christmas buy one for a gift they will love it....:-)PS THE ONE WE BOUGHT IS ...

looks good
At first only used the s video output, then used the hdmi output and could see picture was clearer so it did upconvert image.Had it for 3 months now with no problems & been using it daily.

horrible dvd player
About 75% of the DVDs I tried to play in this DVD player skipped or froze. It's a very poor quality machine.
