I love the quality of this headphone.

The sound is like high definition stereo. I hear sounds my speakers don't deliver. This headset is equal to a much higher priced set. They are a great fit, light weight and very gentle on the ears. The soft padding on each ear piece is excellent, and large enough to fully cover my ears. I highly recommend, so buy with confidence.

Too big for output of sound

Purchased these after reading other reviews. they appear smaller in the advertisement than they really are-they are old-school large. The sound output is not that good either, they really don't improve the sound as well as you expect. Will be looking to purchase a smaller more efficient pair as soon as possible to replace these.

    Wonderful

    Excellent sound quality for headphones that do not need batteries. The volume control is smooth and great, very easy. Lightweight, not heavy or bulky at all. And they look cool :P

    Great Product

    I bought the headphones for my daughter to use on her Nintendo DS, laptop, and the house computer; she loves them! I've used them a couple of times myself. The volume control is an excellent feature, it comes with an adapter to use with your stereo system, but best of all, they are very comfortable.

    Extremely good tone and volume

    I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent tone and volume for headphones at such a reasonable price. I was considering getting an additional amplifier, but found that the volume was quite adequate with this little gem.

    Great for the price

    Excellent sound for the price. However it hurts my head to wear them too long. The sound is crisp and sharp. I use them to watch T.V. at night and play with my PlayStation 3. Maybe my head is just too big. Great Product!!

    Outstanding value!

    Excellent quality sound, volume control at fingertips, hardware feels luxurious like a set costing hundreds of dollars! I am so pleased with this unit, and at only $13 each, I think I will order some for gifts as well! Highly recommend this Inland headphone set!

    I needed to replace my old headset. and decided to give these a try. I watch a lot of movies on my laptop and needed headset that has a single wire and sturdy. They are built well and not to bulky, they are very comfortable. The sound is good, could be a little louder does not drown out the volume on the tv set while the kids watch cartoons, maybe without the volume control button they would be louder, but it does make it easier when someone comes up to you or need to lower to volume quick. They also don't indicate right from left ear, but when you put them on you can feel they difference, wire on the left. but all and all they do what they need to do and I can watch movies again on my laptop. I would have rate this a 4 1/2 star.

    Mixed review, confused about advertisement.

    I used this headphone to listen to cassette tape music for about four hours total time. This seemed to be advertised as an "over-the-ear" headphone, yet I experienced the fit was "on" my ear. I personally found that to be uncomfortable, and that is the reason I returned them and the only reason I would not recommend to a friend. The volume control switch is unique and a rare find for inexpensive headphones, and it worked quite well. This headphone probably will be a good buy for those who will be satisfied with a headphone that does not "cover/cup" the entire ear. This is not a high-end product but I believe it is priced at the appropriate level of quality and expected longevity. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate the quality of the sound a...

    Headphones

    Headphones are a bit snug for my tastes. They might eventually loosen up. Nice feature is the adjustable sound level. All in all a good buy and very good for the price. I bought the Maxwell coiled extension with it so I can wander around the room without having to take off the headphones.

    Wish I could say they were good.

    Unfortunately, these headphones weren't exactly quality, to say the least. They were pretty uncomfortable, but that can be written off to my head, perhaps. What can't be written off is that only one ear actually worked. Maybe that happened in shipping, but regardless I'm not planning to put these things on again any time soon. The actual audio quality wasn't bad, though.

    Don't drown out sound!!

    I can hear everything around me happening at max volume. I would rather hear my music only. Great for my 5 year old who don't need the music high.

    The main problem with the headphones is that the sound comes out the back of the headphones,everybody can hear what you are listing to. no sound privacy, sound comes out the front and back. I returned them.
