It was the most disgusting smelling supplement I have ever encountered it truly smelled like the beach right after the snow has melted in the spring and all the dead fish are on the sand and I couldn't even get past the smell to receive a benefit from the supplement and but my cat sure was interested

They were a little bigger than I expected but they are gel caps so they are very easy to swallow even for my teen who hates pills. It says to take 2 capsules a day so the 120 count bottle will last one person about 2 months. They dont have a fishy smell or taste. I give my dogs these same capsules I just poke a hole in the end with a safety pin and squeeze some on their food ( ask your vet before doing this but I split one pill between 2 dogs that weigh 20 each).
