How to Return an Item

To return an item that you ordered from Walmart.com, you can bring it to a Wal-Mart store or mail it back to us. Most items can be returned within 90 days of receipt. For exceptions, please see our Returns Policy.
Return an Item to a Store
Easy Store Returns
  1. Go to your My Account page and click "Easy Returns Receipt" to print a return receipt for the appropriate order.
  2. Gather the item(s) you want to return and all original packing materials.
  3. Take all the above to your local Walmart store.

  • Replace, exchange or get credit for an item immediately. (Availability may vary. Please see the Returns Policy for exceptions.)

Return an Item by Mail
To return an item by mail:
  1. Include the item you wish to return along with all original packing materials and accessories.
  2. Print a return label from this site. Without this label we will be unable to process the return. If you do not have a printer, please return the item to a store.
  3. Use the "Return by Mail" button below for further instructions on mailing your item.
About Mail Returns
  • The mail return process can take 2 to 3 weeks
  • Once we receive your item, we will either credit your original method of payment or ship you a replacement item, based on your request.
  • If there was an error on our part related to your order, we will issue a credit for any applicable shipping and gift-wrapping charges
  • There are restrictions for returns based on item size, materials, departments, etc. For more information, please see the Returns Policy.
  • We recommend that you insure your package and ship it via a trackable carrier method. Wal-Mart cannot replace or provide credit for any item lost during return shipping.
  • Wal-Mart cannot replace or provide credit for a returned item that is incongruent with the brand, specifications, item description or condition of your original purchase(s).
