Rated 5 out of 5★áby MickyG9 Best Catch-All Sauce Tiger Sauce is a sweet Asian hot sauce. When put on food immediately it is quite hot. After cooking for a long while in dishes that evaporate moisture, especially in skillet dishes, the zippy-spicy pepper taste fades to a dull warm that doesn't burn the mouth. That is why everyone in my house (even myself who does not like "hot" food!) -loves- Tiger Sauce and why we -always- have it on hand. For 5 years my family has used it in: meatloaf, marinade, vinaigrette, mix with BBQ sauce and brown sugar when we grill ribs, heat with deli turkey in a pan and put it on toast for breakfast, add it to shrimp with creole seasoning, in spaghetti sauce and salsa so our guests say "That's good! What's in it?" but we never give away the secret ingredient. My husband makes his own special "Hot Ketchup" with Tiger Sauce and brown sugar. We recommend especially for those who:- enjoy Asian food- add full-flavor helpers to meals- enjoy a little heat (when the heat is cooked out of it)- enjoy moderately hot food (when put directly on) 05/27/2011

Rated 5 out of 5★áby Tigersauce I have used this product for several years as a condiment and as seasoning in my cooking. It's my secret ingredient for adding flavor and spice to meats and one-dish meals such as chile beans. It's also great on seafood and poultry. Everybody in my family loves it. 10/31/2011
Rated 5 out of 5★áby DeepInTexas The Yummy!! I love this sauce. I use it instead of sweet and sour sauce for dipping eggrolls and fried cheese. It is also wonderful to mix into hamburger meat for making hamburgers. We call them Tiger Burgers. Very universal sauce. 09/24/2012
Rated 5 out of 5★áby RedheadCowgirl The best sauce ever! I love this Tiger Sauce. I have been using it for about 20 years. My grandfather and I would use it on pizza and tacos. I even like it on scrambled eggs. Gives rice a kick also. Not too hot, not too spicy, just right and great on beans, and any mexican food. Yummy! 05/02/2013
Rated 5 out of 5★áby hebell Great with Sardines If you eat sardines, as I do, for a low cal and low-cost boost of protein, then you'll like this sauce. It's great. Pour a little on a Carr's water cracker, add your sardines, and YUM. It's a nice break from plain sardines, or sardines with mustard. And, so much better than buying sardines already in sauce where they get too mushy. In general, this is a great accompaniment to seafood. 01/02/2014
