- Yes you can. You can find directions all over the Internet to make them - basically take a 4.5" by WOF strip, sew it across one end and up the length right sides together, turn right side out, add 1 tsp of DRY crystals, sew the other end shut, and there you have it. Soak in cold water for about 10 minutes for full effectiveness. Use as needed. Hand wash in mild detergent and hang dry. Do not use washer or dryer, and do not freeze!
