Great Bunkbeds! It was a little complicated to put together the ladder, but everything else was fine. My teenage boys put the bed together in a couple of hours. Overall this is a great bunkbed and it looks exactly like the picture. Should only be used for younger children. 04/26/2012
great deal! I purchased this for my two sons, it was easy to put together, but time consuming, probably would take less time with more than one person. The only frustrating thing was unless you pay close attention to each peice, you wont notice your mitsake until the very end, when you need to put those last two pieces to the top bunk's side rails. Other than those two things, it came out beautiful and like I said, Great deal! 03/12/2012
Poor Quality and a Huge Headache to Put Together To start out one of the boxes was lost in transit and it took WalMart a month to get it to us. Then we spent five hours putting it together. There were boards that were warped, had scratches and dents in them. Not to mention all the stickers they put all over the wood that you have to use rubbing alcohol to get off. We get all the way to the end and are missing hardware. I call WalMart.com and they said they can either ship the missing pieces to us, which would take 5-7 business days or they could refund our card $25 to make up for the trouble. My suggestion is spend the extra money and get something of better quality. This was a month long hassle that I would not wish on anyone. 03/22/2012
Missing pre-drilled holes? Really? The bed assembly was going smoothly until we got to attaching the slats to the frame ~ The slats have pre-drilled holes but the frame itself was missing all the pre-drilled holes to attach the slats to. I called the 800 number and she did say those 4 pieces were defective, they should have been pre-drilled. Now I have to go through the headache of disassembling and re-boxing all of this to either take it back to a store or re-box it for pick up. I would drill holes in there, but I'm afraid that the wood may split and then I wouldn't be able to return the bed at all... Not at all worth the hassle. 03/07/2012
