a bright light For being a clip lamb, I was thinking that the light would be dim and not very useful, but my daughter really wanted this. The amp turned out to being bright and has good coveraged for a small area. The adjustable neck of the light is a nice feature, too. 03/01/2011
Great Little Bedside Lamp Clips right on a metal headboard. Lampshade is plastic, so it doesn't get hot. Gooseneck is flexible enough to tilt in almost any position. 08/13/2010
Nice lamp This lamp has a nice bright cfl and the neck keeps it where you put it. Good value. 03/25/2010
The clip on this lamp is not strong enough to hold it. No matter how thick or thin of a table I tried it on, it would clip but sag backwards so that the clip was barely holding on the the ledge and not fully engaged. I wish I had returned it but since it still worked even though it would sag backwards I kept it--who has time to return every cheap product out there? When I tried to reposition the goose neck to aim different ways (the whole reason for a goose neck), the clip would move around and come undone making the goose neck unusable unless I un-clipped the lamp, repositioned the goose neck and then re-clipped it--what a bother.But now one of the clips completely snapped in half making it completely unusable. BAD BAD design. Cheap plastic clip should have been longer and stronger for this size lamp. Unfortunately I bought two of these. I wonder if they would let me return them now even though it is past the 90 days because they are defective. 01/22/2012
