You NEED Jack pads for Changing Tires

This is the OEM tire for TSLA Model Y 20 " wheel. The price is great for $266 by Walmart. The only issue is that you need to get your own jack pads (simply ordered via Amazon for like $20). Walmart Auto center does not have these jack pads. Without the jack pads, they will not install the tires for you. You also need to tell them (unless the manager is there) what the jack points are. TSLA has battery in the middle. So jacking up using gas vehicles can possibly damage your TSLA cars.

NEVER ORDER TIRES FROM WALMART.COM

I ordered this product online at Walmart.com; this product was shipped to Walmart auto. The service technicians at Walmart auto recommended that this be returned and it has been more than a month and I am still struggling to get refunds issued. This has been escalated multiple times to walmart.com representatives. Angela was the most helpful supervisor who stepped in to help but I am still waiting to get hold of my complete refund. When you place an order, you pay for all four tires but when refunds are being processed walmart resorts to some strange tactics to refund one tire at a time even though as an end customer you would never have touched even a single tire coz it is shipped from walmart.com to their auto center and the technicians at walmart auto who are very helpful and knowledgable handle the returns to get the refunds processed. Unfortunately WALMART (%231 retail giant) has complicated their systems to issue refunds and will not hesitate to put a customer through endless pain, suffering and mental trauma. You will always find customer support representatives who will happily hear your side of the story for well over an hour sometimes but without any resolution in sight. Over the past 30 days, I would have made 15 calls and multiple visits to walmart auto center and walmart services center at CENTRAL, SC. I realized that they buy four tires from four different suppliers and sell it to you for a price and when it comes to returns, they will get it all shipped back to them and internally ship it back to their suppliers and await refunds from them to refund you. They don't care that you as a customer would have paid $800 for four tires under one order to refund the entire amount as soon as they have received all the four tires back in their stock!! End of the day, the financial institution levies charges on a transaction for which I as an individual gets penalized with late payment fees and interest for no fault of mine!

Dont want to work

So I order this tire for my Tesla model Y. I dont think this size is common for other vehicles. On the search you have to put the car information to do the search. I order and it says for Tesla. Then it says that installation is available. I purchase the installation. Had to wait over a week for installation. Called the day of to see of I can get an earlier appt. They said they were booked. Show up for my appt. Then they tell me that they cant do TESLA's. Left there just with tires and no installation.
