PROS: I found this brand to be the most Economical, energy efficient and package deal. Research is something I take seriously when spending this kind of money, which is a lot to me! I bought it sight unseen in person, meaning I only bought on what I could see on the Internet. My perception made it appear taller on the picture, but I'm glad it's not really because we will not need steps, just jump in! The stairs maybe the deceiving part of the picture. And to me, in reality, it is much wider than the picture shows! I think we can get 5 people in! The waterfall is amazing and ability to slow it down/turn off is neat. LOVE the changing colors!!!! Through BillMeLater, it was free shipping, no sales tax and I have 6 months to pay it off. Lovely!!! Plus BillMeLater called the next day after ordering to ensure it was a true order and not hacked, great security feature! And I loved that there was still water in it from when they tested it, I appreciate that!!! CONS: I wish the straps were already fixed to the side, I'm not very mechanical like that and had to have help. The "instructions" are pretty worthless in my opinion. I couldn't figure out why it was not heating up and a friend told me it has to be left on. This is no where in the manual. Nor does it say what I should do when it's not in use. I still don't know? I'll call customer service today and see or there's a spa company an hour away. All in All, I'm giving 5 stars across the board, I am very happy! Plus it arrived 2 days before scheduled!!!!
