Excellent hot tub for the money! My wife and I wanted a tub for a while. We looked around locally and then took a leap of faith and bought this tub online through Walmart / Wayfair. The online tracking was excellent, and we were notified the tub was on its way from California (we are on east coast). I could check the status of the tub to find out where it was during the shipment. However, be aware that although Wayfair says a local carrier will notify you to arrange a delivery, that this is not what happened with us! Luckily, my wife was home and the Roadway truck just showed up with our spa!We are fortunate to have a side drive close to where the tub was going on our deck, and the delivery guy set it in our yard about 50 feet from the deck. It arrived on its side on a palette. With a palette jack from work and 2 pieces of plywood, we moved it across the grass to our deck, using the plywood as a little road to roll the palette jack on.The tub was completely wrapped in shrink plastic and cardboard, and when we unwrapped it, I could not find a scratch on it anywhere! I was very pleased. An hour later an electrician had it wired, 2 hours later it was full of water, and that evening we used it for the first time.The tub works great, the jets are strong, although maybe not as strong as some high end tubs. The framework of the tub seems to be all roto-molded, so hopefully will last a long time. My electrician who has installed a lot of tubs remarked that the components, motor, wiring controls etc. looked to be as good a quality as in tubs he has installed that cost a lot more.There were no reviews for this tub when I was making the decision, so hopefully this will help someone else. We have been very pleased so far! 11/23/2011
