No Volume control The sound that comes out of this speaker system is clear, but not very loud. I have looked everywhere on the system and cannot find a volume control at all. Maybe I am missing something, but there is nothing in the user guide about adjusting volume.I have turned my MP3 player up to its highest volume possible and still I only get about a voice-level volume. 09/28/2010

Great Sound!!! I purchased this speaker system for my husbands MP3 player. It DOES NOT fit the Sony MP3 player well but I was able to add some adjustable foam padding from another portable system to help the MP3 player fit. Other then that, EXCELLENT sound!!!! He loves them and won't let me use them with my MP3!!! 05/26/2011
Great Speaker for Police Scanner Actually bought this for a speaker for a Bearcat scanner. Most of the other small speakers are powered by batteries which expire within a day or two. With an A/C adapter this speaker just keeps on playing and playing. Good base sound that is much better than scanner speaker. I can also use it with my MP3 player. 04/21/2012
