No, but it does have a usb cable and you can buy a wall charger from anywhere that iPod devices are sold like eBay or similar.

NO, or at least mine did not, just the cable to attach it to a power source, PC or power adopter.

my ipod 5 has new the 8.0 ios but updates as soon as you set it up to newest version right now that is 8.1.3 but there is problem with 8 ios versions they currently (20feb 2015) are having issues with the itunes 12 versions . itunes can&#39;t find ipod 5 with 8 ios on them other then the itunes problem . so far my ipod has been good i been able to download ipodcast , use websearch , download a game directly to the ipod. there so far has been no lag while using it.

We purchased 2 of these ipods for each of our boys. Not only is the product every bit what we expected and more, the colors are so current. The kids love the design, slim and easy to manage. The uploads are very quick and Apple provides an incredible amount of kid friendly apps that are free or very reasonably priced. I would recommend this model to a friend.

Wonderful product!

Once I began looking in to getting an IPOD Touch for my daughter's birthday I was glad I took the time to read about the 16GB IPOD Touch that cost considerably less. The 16GB doesn't have the camera like the 32GB does and there are other features missing as well.
My daughter is absolutely delighted with it!. She uses it in her FORD MUSTANG and loves it!!! The graphics on it are much better than on her phone and she enjoys the speed at which apps load and gaming with no lag.

Pay the Extra for the 32GB...It's worth it!
