My hot flashes were so bad i was waking up every 15 - 20 minutes and after taking for about 3 weeks no more night sweats at all and maybe 1 or 2 short hot flashes at night and maybe 1 during the day. So yes i would highly recommend that you atlease give it a try. 05/03/2012
