one of the best headsets on the market! i bought this headset thinking i would have it for a few months to save for a tritan ax720. but when i picked this up it was just as good or better as a tritan which retail from 100-250 bucks! this is a great headset that is compatibal with a ps3 of xbox360 as well as a pc. if u are in need of a great gaming headset for a great price, this is it! 03/18/2010
Serious sound!! I was a bit skeptical about buying this headset after reading the reviews about it on NewEgg. Many said it was cheaply built and breaks easily. What I found when I got this headset was a high quality build, as good as any $200 headset I have ever owned, but what has blown me away is the amazing quality of sound. Hands down, this has the best sound you are going to find. It can be a bit heavy when worn for long periods, so I do have a lightweight headset that I switch out with. Not a big problem though, I can wear this as much as 6-7hrs before it gets uncomfortable, the mic is excellent for gaming, and the full cover ear cups are very nice for reducing external noise. 06/26/2010
Good quality, little surround An unusually colored headset, but it looks rather nice in person.Let's get the cons out of the way. The surround is more of an "effect", a change in sound quality, rather then making the sound actually come from that direction with a physical speaker. The effect isn't perfect, but after a short time within a game, you will know when things are sneaking up behind you.Extra lights on the outside showing the volume level flashing in red are somewhat useless to the person using it, but are an interesting touch.Overall sound quality is excellent, and I am told that I come through loud and clear in most cases. Music and game sounds come through loud and clear with outstanding bass, no muffled sound and good range.Overall, it doesn't quite live up to the 5.1 surround, but gives you a comfortable headset with very good sound quality. 10/04/2010
Fried my desktop This product came with a faulty USB cable and fried my desktop computer. Costing me hundreds of dollars. I have attempted to contact the company edimensional through their online support interface. It's been weeks, with NO response. I had originally chosen this headset for the 'around the ear' cup design, USB quality mic, and sound quality reproduction. They were intended to replace an old logitech set that had worn out. Now I have NO headset and NO desktop! Thanks eDimensional!! 10/07/2010
