Rated 3 out of 5 by DeeMW Seems like good product so far. Only came with basic installation instructions that were not helpful enough for the average person. You have to download user guide and it's very difficult to understand. There is a cd that included to help load, but again, doesn't help much with troubleshooting. Had to call the customer service line to get instructions on setting it up. Not as simple as it looks. If you don't know a lot about wireless devices, be prepared to spend some time getting it installed and working correctly. 12/28/2012
