    ~*~AWESOME~*~ Being a new mom... I don't have 30mins a day to rest let alone exercise... lol. I love my zone pilates though. Only takes 2 mins a zone. You do each move slowly as the instructor tells you.. You can really feel the burn. The first day I wasn't all that impressed I have to admit. But the next day I was a little soar so I tried it again. I used the foot chart just as instructed and concentrated when I did the moves.. I could really feel it the next day. It really does work! In just one week my posture has improved.. because weak muscles lead to slouching... and my legs feel more toned. It really is awesome and worth the money. 07/02/2007
    3 words- I love it!! I've been using this for about 3 weeks now...I have lost a total of 8 inches of my hips, thighs, waste and butt. A total of 10 pounds! I wake up every morning at 7:30 do each exercise plus the bonus DVD. my muscles the next day burned about the second week my pants were starting to fall off! I reccomend this product to everyone!     Quality Product i love my zone pilates. Its so quick and easy, and ive already lost about 10 pounds in 3 weeks by just doing 2 out of the 3 zones! I think thats about 10 minutes of pilates a day? Great Product. I highly recommend it. 08/28/2007
