Cooked Enriched Rice (White Rice, Iron Phosphate, Niacin, Thiamine Mononitrate, Folic Acid), Water, Beef, Pork, Green Peppers, Onions, Margarine (Liquid And Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Water, Salt, Whey, (Milk), Soy Lecithin, Vegetable Mono & Diglycerides, Sodium Benzoate (Preservative), Citric Acid, Natural & Artificial Flavor, Beta Carotene (Color), Vitamin A Palmitate Added, Calcium Disodium Edta (to Protect Flavor), Salt, Modified Corn Starch, Dried Red & Green Bell Peppers, Flavor Base (Yeast Extract, Soy Sauce (Soybeans, Salt, Dextrose), Dextrose, Thiamine Hydrochloride, Soybean Oil), Granulated Garlic, Spices, Disodium Inosinate & Disodium Guanylate, Caramel Color, Sugar, Chili Powder (Chile Pepper, Cumin, Salt, Oregano, Garlic), Paprika, Soybean Oil, Dextrose.
Do not thaw. Keep frozen until ready to use. Due to variations in all ovens, cooking times And/or temperature may require adjusting. Internal temperature of product should be 160f when done. Microwave: 1. remove bowl from carton. Cut a slit in center of film. 2. microwave on high for 3 minutes. Carefully pull back film And stir (note: center may still be frozen). Recover And continue cooking on high for 3 minutes. 3. carefully remove film, let stand for 1 minute And stir before serving. Conventional: 1. do not preheat oven. Remove bowl from carton. Do not remove or pierce film. 2. place bowl on cookie sheet And place on center oven rack. Cook at 350f for 50 minutes. Carefully pull back film And stir. Replace film And continue cooking for 5 to 10 minutes. 3. carefully remove film, let stand for 1 minute And stir before serving.
