Rated 3 out of 5 by 1SurferMom Hamster Hotel Purchased for 12 year old who put it together by herself. Easy assembly but plastic clip for water bottle broke when she tried to attach it to the cage. Otherwise everything seems in good working order. I have been warned that the plastic door may not hold up to every day use. It is still in tack right now after 3 days. I intend to contact the manufacturer and get a new clip for the water bottle, although we purchased another one with a metal clip so the hamster can stay hydrated. Overall, good layout of toys and accessories included. Maybe manufacturer could redesign the plastic door and water bottle clip. 01/09/2012

I bought this cage for my 10 yr old son, to house a hamster.The cage took a week to arrive & when it did I found the following:- one of the many plastic items for inside the cage was broken- the cage was a very poor design that would be very hard to clean- the many plastic pieces for inside were very flimsy- the wheel etc were only big enoguh for a dwarf hamster, not a Syrian- door catch not secureI was very disappointed with the cage - BUT impressed with the service from Wayfair. I called to report that a piece was broken, and that I wasn't happy with it. My credit card was refunded within 24 hrs.I would not recommend this cage to anyone, but, I wouldn't hesitate to order from Wayfair again. 01/27/2012
